So I would run like 10 minute miles or 9 million miles and my legs would just hurt really bad. So, I started running a little slower pace just to strengthen my legs cuz I don't run that much. I'm trying to get them strong again, especially my my feet have been a big problem because of how long I stand. So, I finally find this found these shoes and the insoles just work perfectly. I have some custom ones in there and now I can run again. So, 2 miles at 11 minutes is not great, but it's not bad.
