When the enemy was coming after him, he prayed a prayer. He said, "Father,
shut their eyes
and their eyes were shut." But notice, they could still see.
But what did God shut their ability to see who Elisha was? They asked Elisha, "Do you know Elisha?"
He said, "Yeah, come, I will show you where he is." They all followed him blindly. When they got into his country, he opened their eyes. They realized that they are trapped.
Said, "Give them what to eat and let them go. Let them know that we can capture them."
Notice their eyes could still see, but their understanding was gone.
Your understanding is the beginning of spiritual sight.
Amen.
When understanding is gone, spiritual eyes are completely closed. But when understanding comes, it is the beginning of seeing in the spirit.
