Prophet Lovy L. Elias Reveals the Truth About Grace

Summary
In one line: Grace isn't about prayer — it's about posture. It comes by humility and by whom you position yourself under, because grace trickles down, not up.
Key insights
- Peter's catch (Luke 5:4-10): a fisherman on his worst day says yes to a carpenter's "crazy" request — afternoon fishing, no bait — and the fish jump into the net. "His presence is an advantage." Jesus didn't pray — grace needs posture.
- "Humble yourselves… God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble" (1 Peter 5:5-6) — there's no prayer for humility; it's a posture.
- "Grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ" (Ephesians 4:7) — your measure of grace matches the measure of Jesus you received; it won't grow by imitating others' prayers, but by aligning under someone with a greater measure (one who raises the dead).
- The catch was limited by Peter's capacity — nets breaking, boats sinking. "I will make you fishers of men" — the men you save will jump into salvation when you speak. Grow ministry by grace, not just by preaching the Bible.

Somebody can go to Bible school all their life, be under some of the greatest preachers and ministers of their era, and you are just a fisherman minding your own business on your worst day of a catch.
Jesus stops by and enters your boat, says, "Let's go catch fish." You're like, "Ah." But you know what? Whatever you say. You get in the middle of the sea. He gives you the greatest catch of your life.
Notice his presence is an advantage.
It did not matter the time. It did not matter that there were no fishes earlier. His presence,
my God,
gave him the greatest catch because the presence of grace is what? An advantage.
Jesus didn't pray because grace does not require prayer. Wow.
Grace requires posture.
Because humility is a posture.
Humility is not a prayer. There is no prayer in the Bible that says pray to be humble. God says humble yourself and then in due time I will lift you. What is that lifting up? Grace. He opposes the proud and gives more grace
to the humble. So grace is not about prayer.
Grace is about posture.
Can you put that in the chat? Grace is not about prayer. It's about posture.
Grace is not about prayer. It's about posture.
I can't hear you. I can't hear you. Typy typey type.
Grace is not about prayer. It's about posture.
The nature of grace is about where you position yourself, who you align yourself with.
It's not about how you pray.
Because you praying by yourself does not change the grace upon your life.
Let me prove it because some people some people think I am uh speaking a f.
Let me make it plain and simple.
Oh yes.
Ephesians chapter 4:7.
Ephesians chapter 4 and verse 7. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Huh?
Please read it one more time.
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. How much Jesus you have determines how much grace you have.
So the grace you function with is the one you received at salvation
and your grace won't grow by yourself because of the measure of grace you have is according to the Jesus you received. My God.
So if I meet a Jesus in another person that can raise the dead, it means the measure of Jesus in them is bigger than the measure of Jesus in me.
The measure in Jesus in me WON'T GROW BECAUSE I TRY TO PRAY LIKE THEM.
Because the measure of grace,
the nature of grace
is about whom I
position myself
under because grace does not trickle up, it trickles down.
Somebody just type, "May grace locate me."
May grace locate me.
I can't hear you.
May grace locate me.
I can't hear you.
May grace locate me.
I can't hear you.
May grace locate me.
Wow.
I'm trying my bless my my my blessed best. So catch this by the spirit.
Peter says yes to a crazy request on catching fish by a man who is not a fisherman.
Shows an act of humility because I know about fishing more than you Jesus.
You ain't never caught no fish in your life. You don't have the calluses of a fisherman. You don't have the knowledge of a fisherman.
Nobody's catching fish in the afternoon. Hobists do that. Deep sea fishing is not done like that. You fish all night. [clears throat] So this ninja has no clue what he is talking about. Doesn't know. But you know what? He's a teacher. Let me just allow him perhaps maybe I doubt but you know what let me just line myself. The guy caught so much fish he brought reinforcement their nets began to break and their boats started to sink.
Notice the measure of the fish he could hold was about his capacity. How many boats he had, how many nets he had, what the net could hold. Because Jesus never stopped the fish. Who stopped the fish? Because he could not catch them.
The fish did not get caught in the net. The fish jumped into the net.
The fish jumped into the net.
It didn't say trick them. Now they're coming. Jesus didn't even use bait. Come on.
Fish jumped into the net.
Somebody type, "May grace locate me.
May grace locate me.
I can hear you.
May grace locate me.
I can hear you.
May grace locate me." Then the man looks at Jesus and says, "Lord, I am a sinner. What do you want from me?" He realized that he misjudged him. And then Jesus now expands his horizon and capacity. Do you know it? It tells him, "Don't worry. I will make you fisher of men. Meaning the men you will save, you won't fight for them. They will jump.
When you speak, they will jump into salvation.
When you speak, they will be converted.
When you speak, they will be elevated. You are trying to grow your ministry by preaching the Bible. Yet you are supposed to be growing your ministry according to the measure of
grace.
